|Explorations in Antiquity|
I found this to be very interesting. It is a museum of everyday life in Bible times. I was lucky enough to get a tour with the group and it was very informative. Until you've seen it, it's hard to explain what it actually is. It's a walk to the past 2000-3000 years ago with a full-scale replica of archeology, like the Romans, Jerusalem tomb from 700-500 BC, and many others as well as sustainable development.
These archaeologists are making hands-on replicas of everyday stuff from ancient Bible times. Come, take a guided walking tour, and make some pictures to show in Bible class. Pick up some brochures and invite your church friends. It is non-denominational. There is a gift shop with books and souveniers.
Explorations in Antiquity has many of the same scenes that you might see when visiting Israel. Further, the Seder meal is so unusual that you will truly experience the culture of Israel.
